A BILL

To enact section 5.074 of the Revised Code to

designate the Great Serpent Mound as the official

effigy mound of the state.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.074 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.074. The great serpent mound in Adams county, the	6
largest effigy earthwork in north America at one thousand three	7
hundred thirty feet long and three feet high, is hereby designated	8
as the official effigy mound of the state.	9
