A BILL

To enact section 5533.591 of the Revised Code to

designate the portion of United States Route 23

within Scioto County only as the "Branch Wesley

Rickey Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.591 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.591. In addition to the designation of the road	7
known as United States route number twenty-three in section	8
5533.05 of the Revised Code, the portion of that road running in a	9
north and south direction, located within Scioto county only,	10
shall be known as the "Branch Wesley Rickey Memorial Highway."	11

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	12
along the highway indicating its name.	13
