A BILL

To limit the amount of money that may be spent on

signs that identify the American Recovery and

Reinvestment Act of 2009 as the source of specific

project funding.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. No recipient or distributor of funds received	5
under the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009," Pub.	6
L. No. 111-5, 123 Stat. 115, shall spend more than one hundred	7
fifty dollars per sign to purchase or produce signs identifying	8
the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 as the source	9
of specific project funding.	10
