A BILL

To enact section 4511.052 of the Revised Code to

permit farm machinery to be operated on a portion

of United States Route 20 within Huron County

only.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 4511.052 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 4511.052. Notwithstanding section 4511.051 of the	7
Revised Code, farm machinery may be operated in the right lane of	8
both roadways of the portion of the road known as United States	9
route number twenty located within Huron county only, commencing	10
at mile marker number ten and seventy-six hundredths and extending	11
to mile marker number sixteen and twenty-two hundredths.	12
