| To enact sections 4511.111, 5533.353, 5533.373, and | 1 |
| 5533.932 of the Revised Code to designate certain | 2 |
| memorial highways, to require the Director of | 3 |
| Transportation to erect a sign at the intersection | 4 |
| of United States Route 33 and State Route 328 | 5 |
| bearing the names "Logan High School" and "Logan | 6 |
| Middle School," and to require the Director of | 7 |
| Transportation to erect a directional sign for | 8 |
| Hocking College at the intersection of United | 9 |
| States Route 33 and State Route 180. | 10 |
| Section 1. That sections 4511.111, 5533.353, 5533.373, and | 11 |
| 5533.932 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows: | 12 |
| Sec. 4511.111. Notwithstanding section 4511.11 of the Revised | 13 |
| Code and any conflicting standards in the traffic or engineering | 14 |
| manuals of the department of transportation, the director of | 15 |
| transportation shall erect a sign at the intersection of United | 16 |
| States route thirty-three and state route three hundred | 17 |
| twenty-eight bearing the names "Logan High School" and "Logan | 18 |
| Middle School." | 19 |
| Sec. 5533.353. That portion of the road known as Pearl road, | 20 |
| carrying the designations of United States route forty-two and | 21 |
| state route three, commencing at the intersection of that road | 22 |
| with Denison avenue within Cuyahoga county and extending in a | 23 |
| southerly direction to the intersection of that road with Memphis | 24 |
| avenue, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal David Mendez Ruiz | 25 |
| Memorial Highway." | 26 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 27 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 28 |
| Sec. 5533.373. In addition to the designation in section | 29 |
| 5533.37 of the Revised Code, that portion of the highway known as | 30 |
| interstate number seventy-seven, running in a northerly and | 31 |
| southerly direction within the municipal corporation of Broadview | 32 |
| Heights only, shall be known as the "Senior Airman Alecia Good | 33 |
| Memorial Highway." | 34 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 35 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 36 |
| Sec. 5533.932. That portion of the road known as interstate | 37 |
| route number four hundred eighty, located within the municipal | 38 |
| corporation of Garfield Heights in Cuyahoga county only, shall be | 39 |
| known as the "Corporal Brad Anthony Davis Memorial Highway." | 40 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 41 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 42 |
| Section 2. The director of transportation shall erect and | 43 |
| maintain a sign at the intersection of United States Route 33 and | 44 |
| State Route 180 bearing the name "Hocking College" and indicating | 45 |
| the direction to the college. | 46 |
