A BILL

To enact section 5533.93 of the Revised Code to

designate the interchange of Interstate Route 77

and Shuffle Street in Stark County as the "Fred

Krum Memorial Interchange."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.93 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.93. The interchange of interstate route	7
seventy-seven and Shuffel street, northwest, located in Jackson	8
township in Stark county, shall be known as the "Fred Krum	9
Memorial Interchange."	10

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers at	11
the interchange indicating its name.	12
