A BILL
To make appropriations for the Industrial Commission 1
for the biennium beginning July 1, 2011, and 2
ending June 30, 2013, and to provide authorization 3
and conditions for the operation of Commission 4
programs.5


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. All items in this section are hereby appropriated 6
out of any moneys in the state treasury to the credit of the 7
designated fund. For all appropriations made in this section, 8
those in the first column are for fiscal year 2012, and those in 9
the second column are for fiscal year 2013.10

       RENT - WILLIAM GREEN BUILDING 21

       The foregoing appropriation item 845402, Rent - William Green 22
Building, shall be used for rent and operating expenses for the 23
space occupied by the Industrial Commission in the William Green 24
Building. 25

       Section 2. Law contained in the main operating appropriations 26
act of the 129th General Assembly that applies generally to the 27
appropriations made in that act also applies generally to the 28
appropriations made in this act.29

       Section 3. The provisions of law contained in this act, and 30
their applications, are severable. If any provision of law 31
contained in this act, or if any application of any provision of 32
law contained in this act, is held invalid, the invalidity does 33
not affect other provisions of law contained in this act and their 34
applications that can be given effect without the invalid 35
provision or application.36

       Section 4. The sections of law contained in this act, and the 37
items of law of which the sections of law contained in this act 38
are composed, are not subject to the referendum under Ohio 39
Constitution, Article II, Section 1d and section 1.471 of the 40
Revised Code and therefore go into immediate effect when this act 41
becomes law.42

       Section 5. An item that composes the whole or part of a 43
section of law contained in this act has no effect after June 30, 44
2013, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.45
