A BILL

To enact section 5533.359 of the Revised Code to

designate the bridge that will span the Cuyahoga

2

River in Cuyahoga County and will be part of

3

Interstate 90 and has an approximate scheduled

4

completion date of late 2016 or early 2017 the

5

"George V. Voinovich Bridge."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.359 of the Revised Code be	7
enacted to read as follows:	8

Sec. 5533.359. In addition to the designation in section	9
5533.35 of the Revised Code, the bridge that will span the	10
Cuyahoga river in Cuyahoga county that will be part of the highway	11
known as interstate route number ninety and having an approximate	12
scheduled completion date of late 2016 or early 2017 shall be	13
known as the "George V. Voinovich Bridge."	14

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	15
along the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.	16
