To enact section 5.2267 of the Revised Code to

Aggregates and Industrial Minerals Awareness

Week."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.2267 of the Revised Code be enacted	5
to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5.2267. The third week of July is designated as "Ohio	7
Aggregates and Industrial Minerals Awareness Week" in order to	8
educate the public about, increase public awareness of, and	9
recognize the important contributions of the state's aggregates	10
and industrial minerals industry to construction and	11
transportation and to the state's economic viability and to	12
recognize the industry's environmentally responsible stewardship	13
of the state's resources.	14
