To enact section 5.2267 of the Revised Code to

designate the first week of April of each year as

"Ohio Coal Miners Week."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.2267 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.2267. The first week of April is designated as "Ohio	6
coal miners week" in honor of the citizens of this state who have	7
worked and continue to work in the coal mines of the state.	8
