A BILL

To enact section 5533.623 of the Revised Code to

designate State Route 235 within the municipal

corporation of Fairborn the "Army Specialist Jesse

Adam Snow Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5533.623 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.623.  That portion of the road known as state route	7
number two hundred thirty-five, located within the municipal	8
corporation of Fairborn in Greene county only, shall be known as	9
the "Army Specialist Jesse Adam Snow memorial highway."	10

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	11
along the highway indicating its name.	12
