BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.774 be amended and sections 14
5533.052, 5533.071, 5533.094, 5533.095, 5533.104, 5533.121, 15
5533.171, 5533.254, 5533.301, 5533.321, 5533.322, 5533.323, 16
5533.356, 5533.357, 5533.358, 5533.377, 5533.378, 5533.379, 17
5533.461, 5533.608, 5533.624, 5533.625, 5533.626, 5533.627, 18
5533.628, 5533.629, 5533.645, 5533.646, 5533.648, 5533.689, 19
5533.6810, 5533.752, 5533.768, 5533.769, 5533.861, 5533.901, 20

enacted to read as follows:24

       Sec. 5533.052.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 25
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 26
as United States route twenty-three, running in a northerly and 27
southerly direction, through the municipal corporation of Columbus 28
in Franklin county, between seventh avenue and Northwood avenue, 29
shall be known as the "Staff Sergeant Christopher L. Brown 30
Memorial Highway."31

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 32
along the highway indicating its name.33

       Sec. 5533.071. In addition to any other name prescribed in 34
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as 35
United States route number forty-two, running in a northeasterly 36
and southwesterly direction within Warren county only, shall be 37
known as the "Warren County Veterans Highway."38

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 39
along the highway indicating its name.40

       Sec. 5533.094. In addition to the designation in section 41
5533.09 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as 42
interstate route seventy-six, running in an easterly and westerly 43
direction, from state route ninety-one to state route five hundred 44
thirty-two in Summit county, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal 45
Daniel Nathan Deyarmin, Jr., Memorial Highway."46

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 47
along the highway indicating its name.48

       Sec. 5533.095.  That portion of the road known as state route 49
number six hundred nineteen, located within the municipal 50
corporation of Barberton in Summit county, commencing at the 51
intersection of that route with Lockwood road and proceeding in a 52
northerly direction to the intersection of that route with East 53
State street, shall be known as the "Staff Sergeant Howard E. 54
Woodford Medal of Honor Recipient Memorial Highway."55

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 56
along the highway indicating its name.57

       Sec. 5533.104.  In addition to the designation in section 58
5533.10 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as 59
United States route number fifty, commencing at the point where 60
the road that carries the designations of both that United States 61
route and United States route number thirty-five south of the 62
municipal corporation of Chillicothe diverges and proceeding in a 63
southeasterly direction to the intersection of United States route 64
fifty and state route number three hundred twenty-seven within 65
Ross county only, shall be known as the "Lance Cpl. Aaron Reed 66
Memorial Highway."67

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 68
along the highway indicating its name. 69

       Sec. 5533.121. In addition to any other name prescribed in 70
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as 71
United States highway number twenty-two, within the municipal 72
corporation of Zanesville only, in Muskingum county, shall be 73
known as the "U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Lester O. Kinney II 74
Memorial Highway."75

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 76
along the highway indicating its name.77

       Sec. 5533.171. In addition to any other name prescribed in 78
the Revised Code or otherwise, the road known as state route 79
number eighty-two, commencing at the intersection of that route 80
with interstate route seventy-seven and proceeding in an easterly 81
direction to the boundary of the municipal corporation of 82
Brecksville in Cuyahoga county, shall be known as the "Sergeant 83
Dennis E. Kancler Memorial Highway."84

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 85
along the highway indicating its name.86

       Sec. 5533.254. That portion of the road known as state route 87
two hundred sixty-four located within Hamilton county, commencing 88
at the municipal corporation of Cleves and extending in an 89
easterly direction to the intersection of that route with South 90
road, shall be known as the "Sergeant David Kreuter Memorial 91
Highway."92

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 93
along the highway indicating its name. 94

       Sec. 5533.301.  In addition to the designations in sections 95
5533.09 and 5533.30 of the Revised Code, the road known as 96
interstate route number seventy, running in an easterly and 97
westerly direction within Belmont county between exit number two 98
hundred eight and exit number two hundred thirteen, also shall be 99
known as the "Staff Sgt. Jesse Ault Memorial Highway."100

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 101
along the highway indicating its name. 102

       Sec. 5533.321.  In addition to the respective designations in 103
sections 5533.09 and 5533.32 of the Revised Code and any other 104
name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of 105
the highway known as interstate route number seventy-one, 106
commencing at mile marker one hundred ninety-five and proceeding 107
in a northerly direction to mile marker two hundred two within 108
Wayne county only, shall be known as the "First Lieutenant John M. 109
Runkle, Jr. Memorial Highway."110

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 111
along the highway indicating its name.112

       Sec. 5533.322.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 113
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 114
as interstate route number seventy-one, running in a northerly and 115
southerly direction, through the municipal corporation of Grove 116
City, within Jackson township, in Franklin county, between 117
Stringtown road and state route six hundred sixty-five, shall be 118
known as the "Master Sergeant Shawn T. Hannon Memorial Highway."119

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 120
along the highway indicating its name.121

       Sec. 5533.323.  In addition to the respective designations in 122
sections 5533.09 and 5533.32 of the Revised Code and any other 123
name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of 124
the highway known as interstate route number seventy-seven, 125
commencing at mile marker one hundred thirty-three and six-tenths 126
and proceeding in a northerly direction to mile marker one hundred 127
thirty-four and eight-tenths within Summit county only, shall be 128
known as the "Army PFC Robert S. Sombati, Vietnam BSM and OLC PH, 129
Memorial Highway."130

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 131
along the highway indicating its name.132

       Sec. 5533.356. That portion of the road known as United 133
States route number two hundred fifty, commencing at the 134
intersection of that United States route and county road number 135
seven hundred fifty-eight and proceeding in a southerly direction 136
to the intersection of that United States route and township road 137
number eight hundred fifty-six, within Ashland county only, shall 138
be known as the "Sheriff's Lieutenant John P. Gisclon Memorial 139
Highway."140

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 141
along the highway indicating its name.142

       Sec. 5533.357. That portion of the road known as state route 143
number one hundred thirty-eight, commencing at the intersection of 144
that route and county road one hundred twenty-seven and proceeding 145
in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that route and 146
state route number two hundred seven in Ross county only, shall be 147
known as the "Army Specialist Gavin Colburn Memorial Highway."148

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 149
along the highway indicating its name.150

       Sec. 5533.358. That portion of the road known as Ross county 151
road one hundred four, commencing within the municipal corporation 152
of Chillicothe at the intersection of that road and United States 153
route number fifty and proceeding in a southerly direction to the 154
intersection of that road and United States route number 155
twenty-three, shall be known as the "Air Force Master Sergeant 156
Brad Clemmons Memorial Highway."157

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 158
along the highway indicating its name.159

       Sec. 5533.377.  That portion of the road known as state route 160
number thirty-nine, commencing at the intersection of that state 161
route and ridge avenue northeast within the municipal corporation 162
of New Philadelphia and proceeding in an easterly direction to the 163
intersection of that state route and tall timber road northeast, 164
within Tuscarawas county only, shall be known as the "Lance 165
Corporal Peter James Clore Memorial Highway."166

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 167
along the highway indicating its name.168

       Sec. 5533.378. That portion of the road known as state route 169
number one hundred seventy-two, commencing at the intersection of 170
that route and Jackson avenue and proceeding in an easterly 171
direction to the intersection of that route and Perry drive within 172
Stark county only, shall be known as the "U.S.M.C. Sgt. Daniel J. 173
Patron Memorial Highway."174

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 175
along the highway indicating its name.176

       Sec. 5533.379. That portion of the road known as state route 177
number seven hundred seventy-two, commencing at the boundary of 178
Pike county and Ross county and proceeding in a northerly 179
direction to the boundary of Chillicothe in Ross county, shall be 180
known as the "Staff Sergeant Joshua Gire Memorial Highway." 181

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 182
along the highway indicating its name. 183

       Sec. 5533.461.  In addition to the designation of the road 184
known as United States route number fifty-two in section 5533.46 185
of the Revised Code, that portion of United States route number 186
fifty-two located in Scioto county from mile marker number 187
twenty-six to mile marker number thirty-one, also shall be known 188
as the "U.S.M.C. LCpl Jonathan Etterling Memorial Highway."189

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 190
along the highway indicating its name.191

       Sec. 5533.608. The road known as state route number ten, 192
commencing at the western-most point of that road in Lorain county 193
and extending in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of 194
that road with state route number eighty-three, shall be known as 195
the "Master Sergeant Adam F. Benjamin Memorial Highway."196

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 197
along the highway indicating its name.198

       Sec. 5533.624. In addition to the designation in section 199
5533.20 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as 200
state route number forty-one, commencing at the intersection of 201
that state route and state route number thirty-two and proceeding 202
in a northerly direction to the intersection of state route 203
forty-one and Shaker Run road in the village of Peebles in Adams 204
county only, shall be known as the "Corporal Lucas C. Scott 205
Memorial Highway."206

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 207
along the highway indicating its name.208

       Sec. 5533.625. That portion of the road known as United 209
States route number sixty-two, commencing at the intersection of 210
that United States route and county highway number 17D and 211
proceeding in a northerly direction to the intersection of that 212
United States route and state route number thirty-two in Brown 213
county only, shall be known as the "Specialist William Seth 214
Blevins Memorial Highway."215

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 216
along the highway indicating its name.217

       Sec. 5533.626.  That portion of the road known as state route 218
number forty-four, running in a northerly and southerly direction 219
and located within Marlboro township in Stark county only, shall 220
be known as the "First Lt. Ashley White-Stumpf Memorial Highway."221

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 222
along the highway indicating its name.223

       Sec. 5533.627.  That portion of the road known as state route 224
number twenty-one, commencing at the intersection of that route 225
and Arcadia street and proceeding in a southeasterly direction to 226
the intersection of that route and Butterbridge road in Stark 227
county only, shall be known as the "Sgt. Michael Barkey Memorial 228
Highway."229

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 230
along the highway indicating its name.231

       Sec. 5533.628.  That portion of the road known as state route 232
number six hundred nineteen, commencing at the boundary of Summit 233
and Stark counties and proceeding in an easterly direction to the 234
intersection of that route and Kaufman avenue in Lake township in 235
Stark county, shall be known as the "Captain Daniel Stiles 236
Memorial Highway."237

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 238
along the highway indicating its name.239

       Sec. 5533.629. That portion of the road known as state route 240
number four hundred sixteen, commencing at the southern boundary 241
of the municipal corporation of New Philadelphia and proceeding in 242
a southerly direction to the northern boundary of the municipal 243
corporation of Tuscarawas in Tuscarawas county only, shall be 244
known as the "Sgt. James L. Smith Memorial Highway."245

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 246
along the highway indicating its name.247

       Sec. 5533.645.  That portion of the road known as state route 248
number two hundred thirty-five, located within the municipal 249
corporation of Fairborn in Greene county only, shall be known as 250
the "Army Specialist Jesse Adam Snow Memorial Highway."251

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 252
along the highway indicating its name.253

       Sec. 5533.646. That portion of the road known as state route 254
number forty-seven, commencing at the intersection of that state 255
route and state route number forty-nine and proceeding in an 256
easterly direction to the intersection of state route forty-seven 257
and United States route number one hundred twenty-seven in Darke 258
county only, shall be known as the "Pfc. Douglas E. Dickey 259
Memorial Highway."260

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 261
along the highway indicating its name.262

       Sec. 5533.648. In addition to any other name prescribed in 263
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 264
as interstate route number seventy, commencing at the intersection 265
of that highway and interstate route number six hundred 266
seventy-five and proceeding in an easterly direction to the point 267
where that highway crosses over Enon road, within Clark county, 268
shall be known as the "Deputy Suzanne Hopper Memorial Highway."269

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 270
along the highway indicating its name.271

       Sec. 5533.689. That portion of the road known as state route 272
number one hundred seventy-nine, commencing at the intersection of 273
that state route and College street within the municipal 274
corporation of Hayesville and proceeding in an easterly and then 275
southeasterly and then southerly direction to the intersection of 276
that state route and township road number two thousand six hundred 277
fifty, within Ashland county only, shall be known as the 278
"Specialist Damon G. Winkleman Memorial Highway."279

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 280
along the highway indicating its name. 281

       Sec. 5533.6810.  The interchange of state route number 282
fifteen and state route number thirty-seven in Hancock county 283
shall be known as the "Patrolman David L. Sterner Memorial 284
Interchange."285

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers at 286
the interchange indicating its name.287

       Sec. 5533.752. That portion of the road known as United 288
States route forty-two, running in a northeasterly direction 289
between the municipal corporations of Lebanon and Waynesville in 290
Warren county, shall be known as the "Sergeant Brian Dulle 291
Memorial Highway."292

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 293
along the highway indicating its name. 294

       Sec. 5533.768. That portion of the road known as United 295
States route sixty-two, located in Stark county, commencing at the 296
intersection of that route with state route ninety-three and 297
extending in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that 298
route with Mt. Eaton street southwest, shall be known as the "U.S. 299
Army Cpl. Zachary Grass Memorial Highway."300

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 301
along the highway indicating its name.302

       Sec. 5533.769. That portion of the road known as state route 303
one hundred seventy-two, located in Stark county, commencing at 304
the intersection of that route with Woodlawn avenue and extending 305
in a westerly direction to the intersection of that route with 306
Saratoga avenue northwest, shall be known as the "Lt. Jason S. 307
Manse Memorial Highway."308

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 309
along the highway indicating its name.310

       Sec. 5533.774. (A)(1) That portion of the road known as state 311
route one hundred four, commencing at its intersection with United 312
States route twenty-three and extending to its intersection with 313
Lockbourne road, shall be known as the "Tuskegee Airmen Memorial 314
Highway."315

       (2) In addition to the designations in sections 5533.24 and 316
5533.241 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as 317
interstate route seventy-five, running throughout Ohio in a 318
northerly and southerly direction, from the Michigan border in 319
Lucas county, through the counties of Wood, Hancock, Allen, 320
Auglaize, Shelby, Miami, Montgomery, Warren, and Butler, to the 321
Kentucky border in Hamilton county, shall be known as the 322
"Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Trail."323

       (B) The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 324
alongupon the designated portion of each highway indicating its 325
name.326

       Sec. 5533.861. The road known as state route seventy-eight, 327
in Monroe, Noble, Morgan, and Athens counties only, shall be known 328
as the "78th Ohio Veteran Volunteer Infantry Highway."329

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 330
along the highway indicating its name.331

       Sec. 5533.901.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 332
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 333
as interstate route number two hundred seventy, commencing at its 334
southernmost point within the municipal corporation of Dublin in 335
Franklin county and extending in a northerly direction to the 336
intersection of that route and state route one hundred sixty-one, 337
shall be known as the "Captain Nicholas J. Rozanski Memorial 338
Highway."339

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 340
along the highway indicating its name.341

       Sec. 5533.902.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 342
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 343
as interstate route number two hundred seventy, commencing at the 344
intersection of that route and state route one hundred sixty-one 345
and extending in an easterly direction to its easternmost point 346
within the municipal corporation of Dublin in Franklin county, 347
shall be known as the "Master Sergeant Jeffrey J. Rieck Memorial 348
Highway."349

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 350
along the highway indicating its name.351

       Sec. 5533.961.  That portion of the road known as state route 352
eighty-four, located in the municipal corporation of Mentor in 353
Lake county, commencing at the intersection of that route with 354
Broadmoor road and extending in a northeasterly direction to the 355
intersection of that route with Chillicothe road, shall be known 356
as the "Sgt. Mark T. Smykowski Memorial Highway."357

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 358
along the highway indicating its name.359

       Sec. 5533.971.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 360
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 361
as state route number one hundred seventy-seven, commencing at the 362
intersection of that route and state route number seventy-three 363
and proceeding in a southeasterly direction to the intersection of 364
state route one hundred seventy-seven and Stahlheber road in the 365
municipal corporation of Hamilton, shall be known as the "Sgt. 366
David J. Luff, Jr. Memorial Highway." 367

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 368
along the highway indicating its name.369

       Sec. 5533.972.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 370
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 371
as state route number sixty-three, commencing at the intersection 372
of that route and state route number four and proceeding in an 373
easterly direction to the intersection of state route sixty-three 374
and Cincinnati-Dayton road within the municipal corporation of 375
Middletown only, shall be known as the "Sgt. James C. Robinson, 376
Jr. Memorial Highway." 377

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 378
along the highway indicating its name.379

       Sec. 5533.973.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 380
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 381
as state route number seventy-three, commencing at the 382
intersection of that route and state route number four and 383
proceeding in a northeasterly direction to the Warren county 384
boundary in the municipal corporation of Middletown, shall be 385
known as the "LCpl. Billy D. Spencer Memorial Highway." 386

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 387
along the highway indicating its name388

       Sec. 5533.974.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 389
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 390
as state route number one hundred twenty-nine, commencing at the 391
intersection of that route and Cincinnati-Dayton road and 392
proceeding in an easterly direction to the intersection of that 393
route and interstate route number seventy-five within Liberty 394
township only in Butler county, shall be known as the "Cpl. Lucas 395
T. Pyeatt Memorial Highway." 396

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 397
along the highway indicating its name.398

       Sec. 5533.975.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 399
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 400
as state route number four, commencing at the intersection of that 401
route and West Crescentville road and proceeding in a northerly 402
direction to the intersection of that route and Muhlhauser road 403
within the municipal corporation of Fairfield only, shall be known 404
as the "PFC Timothy J. Hines, Jr. Memorial Highway."405

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 406
along the highway indicating its name.407

       Sec. 5533.976.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 408
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 409
as state route number forty-two, commencing at the intersection of 410
that route and West Chester road and proceeding in a northeasterly 411
direction to the intersection of that route and Butler Warren road 412
within West Chester township only in Butler county, shall be known 413
as the "SFC Gregory S. Rogers Memorial Highway."414

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 415
along the highway indicating its name.416

       Sec. 5533.977.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 417
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 418
as state route number forty-two, commencing at the intersection of 419
that route and Butler Warren road and proceeding in a 420
northeasterly direction to the intersection of that route and West 421
Main Street in the municipal corporation of Mason, shall be known 422
as the "SFC William B. Woods, Jr. Memorial Highway." 423

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 424
along the highway indicating its name.425

       Sec. 5533.978.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 426
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 427
as state route number forty-two, commencing at the intersection of 428
that route and Creek road in the municipal corporation of 429
Sharonville and proceeding in a northeasterly direction to the 430
intersection of that route and Cox road in West Chester township 431
in Butler county, shall be known as the "Sgt. John P. Huling 432
Memorial Highway."433

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 434
along the highway indicating its name.435

       Sec. 5533.979.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 436
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 437
as state route number one hundred twenty-nine, commencing at the 438
intersection of that route and state route number four in the 439
municipal corporation of Hamilton and proceeding in an easterly 440
direction to the intersection of that route and state route seven 441
hundred forty-seven in Liberty township in Butler county, shall be 442
known as the "Staff Sgt. Robert A. Massarelli Memorial Highway."443

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 444
along the highway indicating its name.445

       Sec. 5533.98.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 446
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 447
as state route one hundred twenty-eight, commencing at the 448
intersection of that route and United States route number 449
twenty-seven and proceeding in a northeasterly direction to the 450
intersection of that route and New London road in the municipal 451
corporation of Hamilton, shall be known as the "Cpl. Nickolas H. 452
Olivas Memorial Highway."453

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 454
along the highway indicating its name.455

       Sec. 5533.981.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 456
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 457
as state route number one hundred twenty-seven, commencing at the 458
intersection of that route and High street and proceeding in a 459
southerly direction to the intersection of that route and 460
Knightsbridge drive within the municipal corporation of Hamilton 461
only, shall be known as the "PFC Marlin T. Rockhold Memorial 462
Highway." 463

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 464
along the highway indicating its name.465

       Sec. 5533.982.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 466
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 467
as state route number one hundred twenty-five, commencing at the 468
intersection of that route and Markley road and proceeding in an 469
easterly direction to the intersection of that route and Nagel 470
road within Anderson township only in Hamilton county, shall be 471
known as the "PFC James Miller, IV Memorial Highway."472

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 473
along the highway indicating its name.474

       Sec. 5533.983.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 475
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 476
as state route number four, commencing at the intersection of that 477
route and Grand boulevard and proceeding in a southerly direction 478
to the intersection of that route and Bobmeyer road within the 479
municipal corporation of Hamilton only, shall be known as the "SFC 480
Ricky L. McGinnis Memorial Highway."481

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 482
along the highway indicating its name.483

       Sec. 5533.984.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 484
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 485
as state route number seven hundred forty-seven, commencing at the 486
intersection of that route and Tylersville road and proceeding in 487
a northerly direction to the intersection of that route and state 488
route number one hundred twenty-nine in Liberty township in Butler 489
county, shall be known as the "Chief Warrant Officer 2 Jody L. 490
Egnor Memorial Highway."491

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 492
along the highway indicating its name.493

       Section 2. That existing section 5533.774 of the Revised Code 494
is hereby repealed.495
