BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.774 be amended and sections 11
5533.052, 5533.071, 5533.094, 5533.095, 5533.104, 5533.121, 12
5533.171, 5533.254, 5533.301, 5533.321, 5533.322, 5533.356, 13
5533.357, 5533.358, 5533.377, 5533.378, 5533.379, 5533.461, 14
5533.608, 5533.624, 5533.625, 5533.626, 5533.627, 5533.628, 15
5533.629, 5533.645, 5533.646, 5533.648, 5533.688, 5533.689, 16
5533.752, 5533.768, 5533.769, 5533.861, 5533.901, 5533.902, and 17
5533.961 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:18

       Sec. 5533.052.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 19
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 20
as United States route twenty-three, running in a northerly and 21
southerly direction, through the municipal corporation of Columbus 22
in Franklin county, between seventh avenue and Northwood avenue, 23
shall be known as the "Staff Sergeant Christopher L. Brown 24
Memorial Highway."25

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 26
along the highway indicating its name.27

       Sec. 5533.071. In addition to any other name prescribed in 28
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as 29
United States route number forty-two, running in a northeasterly 30
and southwesterly direction within Warren county only, shall be 31
known as the "Warren County Veterans Highway."32

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 33
along the highway indicating its name.34

       Sec. 5533.094. In addition to the designation in section 35
5533.09 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as 36
interstate route seventy-six, running in an easterly and westerly 37
direction, from state route ninety-one to state route five hundred 38
thirty-two in Summit county, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal 39
Daniel Nathan Deyarmin, Jr., Memorial Highway."40

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 41
along the highway indicating its name.42

       Sec. 5533.095.  That portion of the road known as state route 43
number six hundred nineteen, located within the municipal 44
corporation of Barberton in Summit county, commencing at the 45
intersection of that route with Lockwood road and proceeding in a 46
northerly direction to the intersection of that route with East 47
State street, shall be known as the "Staff Sergeant Howard E. 48
Woodford Medal of Honor Recipient Memorial Highway."49

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 50
along the highway indicating its name.51

       Sec. 5533.104.  In addition to the designation in section 52
5533.10 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as 53
United States route number fifty, commencing at the point where 54
the road that carries the designations of both that United States 55
route and United States route number thirty-five south of the 56
municipal corporation of Chillicothe diverges and proceeding in a 57
southeasterly direction to the intersection of United States route 58
fifty and state route number three hundred twenty-seven within 59
Ross county only, shall be known as the "Lance Cpl. Aaron Reed 60
Memorial Highway."61

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 62
along the highway indicating its name. 63

       Sec. 5533.121. In addition to any other name prescribed in 64
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as 65
United States highway number twenty-two, within the municipal 66
corporation of Zanesville only, in Muskingum county, shall be 67
known as the "U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Lester O. Kinney II 68
Memorial Highway."69

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 70
along the highway indicating its name.71

       Sec. 5533.171. In addition to any other name prescribed in 72
the Revised Code or otherwise, the road known as state route 73
number eighty-two, commencing at the intersection of that route 74
with interstate route seventy-seven and proceeding in an easterly 75
direction to the boundary of the municipal corporation of 76
Brecksville in Cuyahoga county, shall be known as the "Sergeant 77
Dennis E. Kancler Memorial Highway."78

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 79
along the highway indicating its name.80

       Sec. 5533.254. That portion of the road known as state route 81
two hundred sixty-four located within Hamilton county, commencing 82
at the municipal corporation of Cleves and extending in an 83
easterly direction to the intersection of that route with South 84
road, shall be known as the "Sergeant David Kreuter Memorial 85
Highway."86

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 87
along the highway indicating its name. 88

       Sec. 5533.301.  In addition to the designations in sections 89
5533.09 and 5533.30 of the Revised Code, the road known as 90
interstate route number seventy, running in an easterly and 91
westerly direction within Belmont county between exit number two 92
hundred eight and exit number two hundred thirteen, also shall be 93
known as the "Staff Sgt. Jesse Ault Memorial Highway."94

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 95
along the highway indicating its name. 96

       Sec. 5533.321.  In addition to the respective designations in 97
sections 5533.09 and 5533.32 of the Revised Code and any other 98
name prescribed in the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of 99
the highway known as interstate route number seventy-one, 100
commencing at mile marker one hundred ninety-five and proceeding 101
in a northerly direction to mile marker two hundred two within 102
Wayne county only, shall be known as the "First Lieutenant John M. 103
Runkle, Jr. Memorial Highway."104

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 105
along the highway indicating its name.106

       Sec. 5533.322.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 107
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 108
as interstate route number seventy-one, running in a northerly and 109
southerly direction, through the municipal corporation of Grove 110
City, within Jackson township, in Franklin county, between 111
Stringtown road and state route six hundred sixty-five, shall be 112
known as the "Master Sergeant Shawn T. Hannon Memorial Highway."113

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 114
along the highway indicating its name.115

       Sec. 5533.356. That portion of the road known as United 116
States route number two hundred fifty, commencing at the 117
intersection of that United States route and county road number 118
seven hundred fifty-eight and proceeding in a southerly direction 119
to the intersection of that United States route and township road 120
number eight hundred fifty-six, within Ashland county only, shall 121
be known as the "Sheriff's Lieutenant John P. Gisclon Memorial 122
Highway."123

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 124
along the highway indicating its name.125

       Sec. 5533.357. That portion of the road known as state route 126
number one hundred thirty-eight, commencing at the intersection of 127
that route and county road one hundred twenty-seven and proceeding 128
in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that route and 129
state route number two hundred seven in Ross county only, shall be 130
known as the "Army Specialist Gavin Colburn Memorial Highway."131

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 132
along the highway indicating its name.133

       Sec. 5533.358. That portion of the road known as Ross county 134
road one hundred four, commencing within the municipal corporation 135
of Chillicothe at the intersection of that road and United States 136
route number fifty and proceeding in a southerly direction to the 137
intersection of that road and United States route number 138
twenty-three, shall be known as the "Air Force Master Sergeant 139
Brad Clemmons Memorial Highway."140

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 141
along the highway indicating its name.142

       Sec. 5533.377.  That portion of the road known as state route 143
number thirty-nine, commencing at the intersection of that state 144
route and ridge avenue northeast within the municipal corporation 145
of New Philadelphia and proceeding in an easterly direction to the 146
intersection of that state route and tall timber road northeast, 147
within Tuscarawas county only, shall be known as the "Lance 148
Corporal Peter James Clore Memorial Highway."149

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 150
along the highway indicating its name.151

       Sec. 5533.378. That portion of the road known as state route 152
number one hundred seventy-two, commencing at the intersection of 153
that route and Jackson avenue and proceeding in an easterly 154
direction to the intersection of that route and Perry drive within 155
Stark county only, shall be known as the "U.S.M.C. Sgt. Daniel J. 156
Patron Memorial Highway."157

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 158
along the highway indicating its name.159

       Sec. 5533.379. That portion of the road known as state route 160
number seven hundred seventy-two, commencing at the boundary of 161
Pike county and Ross county and proceeding in a northerly 162
direction to the boundary of Chillicothe in Ross county, shall be 163
known as the "Staff Sergeant Joshua Gire Memorial Highway." 164

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 165
along the highway indicating its name. 166

       Sec. 5533.461.  In addition to the designation of the road 167
known as United States route number fifty-two in section 5533.46 168
of the Revised Code, that portion of United States route number 169
fifty-two located in Scioto county from mile marker number 170
twenty-six to mile marker number thirty-one, also shall be known 171
as the "U.S.M.C. LCpl Jonathan Etterling Memorial Highway."172

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 173
along the highway indicating its name.174

       Sec. 5533.608. The road known as state route number ten, 175
commencing at the western-most point of that road in Lorain county 176
and extending in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of 177
that road with state route number eighty-three, shall be known as 178
the "Master Sergeant Adam F. Benjamin Memorial Highway."179

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 180
along the highway indicating its name.181

       Sec. 5533.624. In addition to the designation in section 182
5533.20 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as 183
state route number forty-one, commencing at the intersection of 184
that state route and state route number thirty-two and proceeding 185
in a northerly direction to the intersection of state route 186
forty-one and Shaker Run road in the village of Peebles in Adams 187
county only, shall be known as the "Corporal Lucas C. Scott 188
Memorial Highway."189

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 190
along the highway indicating its name.191

       Sec. 5533.625. That portion of the road known as United 192
States route number sixty-two, commencing at the intersection of 193
that United States route and county highway number 17D and 194
proceeding in a northerly direction to the intersection of that 195
United States route and state route number thirty-two in Brown 196
county only, shall be known as the "Specialist William Seth 197
Blevins Memorial Highway."198

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 199
along the highway indicating its name.200

       Sec. 5533.626.  That portion of the road known as state route 201
number forty-four, running in a northerly and southerly direction 202
and located within Marlboro township in Stark county only, shall 203
be known as the "First Lt. Ashley White-Stumpf Memorial Highway."204

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 205
along the highway indicating its name.206

       Sec. 5533.627.  That portion of the road known as state route 207
number twenty-one, commencing at the intersection of that route 208
and Arcadia street and proceeding in a southeasterly direction to 209
the intersection of that route and Butterbridge road in Stark 210
county only, shall be known as the "Sgt. Michael Barkey Memorial 211
Highway."212

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 213
along the highway indicating its name.214

       Sec. 5533.628.  That portion of the road known as state route 215
number six hundred nineteen, commencing at the boundary of Summit 216
and Stark counties and proceeding in an easterly direction to the 217
intersection of that route and Kaufman avenue in Lake township in 218
Stark county, shall be known as the "Captain Daniel Stiles 219
Memorial Highway."220

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 221
along the highway indicating its name.222

       Sec. 5533.629. That portion of the road known as state route 223
number four hundred sixteen, commencing at the southern boundary 224
of the municipal corporation of New Philadelphia and proceeding in 225
a southerly direction to the northern boundary of the municipal 226
corporation of Tuscarawas in Tuscarawas county only, shall be 227
known as the "Sgt. James L. Smith Memorial Highway."228

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 229
along the highway indicating its name.230

       Sec. 5533.645.  That portion of the road known as state route 231
number two hundred thirty-five, located within the municipal 232
corporation of Fairborn in Greene county only, shall be known as 233
the "Army Specialist Jesse Adam Snow memorial highway."234

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 235
along the highway indicating its name.236

       Sec. 5533.646. That portion of the road known as state route 237
number forty-seven, commencing at the intersection of that state 238
route and state route number forty-nine and proceeding in an 239
easterly direction to the intersection of state route forty-seven 240
and United States route number one hundred twenty-seven in Darke 241
county only, shall be known as the "Pfc. Douglas E. Dickey 242
Memorial Highway."243

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 244
along the highway indicating its name.245

       Sec. 5533.648. In addition to any other name prescribed in 246
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 247
as interstate route number seventy, commencing at the intersection 248
of that highway and interstate route number six hundred 249
seventy-five and proceeding in an easterly direction to the point 250
where that highway crosses over Enon road, within Clark county, 251
shall be known as the "Deputy Suzanne Hopper Memorial Highway."252

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 253
along the highway indicating its name.254

       Sec. 5533.688. That portion of the road known as state route 255
number one hundred seventy-nine, commencing at the intersection of 256
that state route and College street within the municipal 257
corporation of Hayesville and proceeding in an easterly and then 258
southeasterly and then southerly direction to the intersection of 259
that state route and township road number two thousand six hundred 260
fifty, within Ashland county only, shall be known as the 261
"Specialist Damon G. Winkleman Memorial Highway."262

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 263
along the highway indicating its name. 264

       Sec. 5533.689.  The interchange of state route number fifteen 265
and state route number thirty-seven in Hancock county shall be 266
known as the "Patrolman David L. Sterner Memorial Interchange."267

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers at 268
the interchange indicating its name.269

       Sec. 5533.752. That portion of the road known as United 270
States route forty-two, running in a northeasterly direction 271
between the municipal corporations of Lebanon and Waynesville in 272
Warren county, shall be known as the "Sergeant Brian Dulle 273
Memorial Highway."274

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 275
along the highway indicating its name. 276

       Sec. 5533.768. That portion of the road known as United 277
States route sixty-two, located in Stark county, commencing at the 278
intersection of that route with state route ninety-three and 279
extending in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that 280
route with Mt. Eaton street southwest, shall be known as the "U.S. 281
Army Cpl. Zachary Grass Memorial Highway."282

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 283
along the highway indicating its name.284

       Sec. 5533.769. That portion of the road known as state route 285
one hundred seventy-two, located in Stark county, commencing at 286
the intersection of that route with Woodlawn avenue and extending 287
in a westerly direction to the intersection of that route with 288
Saratoga avenue northwest, shall be known as the "Lt. Jason S. 289
Manse Memorial Highway."290

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 291
along the highway indicating its name.292

       Sec. 5533.774. (A)(1) That portion of the road known as state 293
route one hundred four, commencing at its intersection with United 294
States route twenty-three and extending to its intersection with 295
Lockbourne road, shall be known as the "Tuskegee Airmen Memorial 296
Highway."297

       (2) In addition to the designations in sections 5533.24 and 298
5533.241 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as 299
interstate route seventy-five, running throughout Ohio in a 300
northerly and southerly direction, from the Michigan border in 301
Lucas county, through the counties of Wood, Hancock, Allen, 302
Auglaize, Shelby, Miami, Montgomery, Warren, and Butler, to the 303
Kentucky border in Hamilton county, shall be known as the 304
"Tuskegee Airmen Memorial Trail."305

       (B) The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 306
alongupon the designated portion of each highway indicating its 307
name.308

       Sec. 5533.861. The road known as state route seventy-eight, 309
in Monroe, Noble, Morgan, and Athens counties only, shall be known 310
as the "78th Ohio Veteran Volunteer Infantry Highway."311

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 312
along the highway indicating its name.313

       Sec. 5533.901.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 314
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 315
as interstate route number two hundred seventy, commencing at its 316
southernmost point within the municipal corporation of Dublin in 317
Franklin county and extending in a northerly direction to the 318
intersection of that route and state route one hundred sixty-one, 319
shall be known as the "Captain Nicholas J. Rozanski Memorial 320
Highway."321

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 322
along the highway indicating its name.323

       Sec. 5533.902.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 324
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 325
as interstate route number two hundred seventy, commencing at the 326
intersection of that route and state route one hundred sixty-one 327
and extending in an easterly direction to its easternmost point 328
within the municipal corporation of Dublin in Franklin county, 329
shall be known as the "Master Sergeant Jeffrey J. Rieck Memorial 330
Highway."331

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 332
along the highway indicating its name.333

       Sec. 5533.961.  That portion of the road known as state route 334
eighty-four, located in the municipal corporation of Mentor in 335
Lake county, commencing at the intersection of that route with 336
Broadmoor road and extending in a northeasterly direction to the 337
intersection of that route with Chillicothe road, shall be known 338
as the "Sgt. Mark T. Smykowski Memorial Highway."339

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 340
along the highway indicating its name.341

       Section 2. That existing section 5533.774 of the Revised Code 342
is hereby repealed.343
