| To enact section 5533.378 of the Revised Code to | 1 |

| County as the "U.S.M.C. Sgt. Daniel J. Patron | 3 |
| Memorial Highway." | 4 |
| Section 1. That section 5533.378 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.378. That portion of the road known as state route | 7 |
| number one hundred seventy-two, commencing at the intersection of | 8 |
| that route and Jackson avenue and proceeding in an easterly | 9 |
| direction to the intersection of that route and Perry drive within | 10 |
| Stark county only, shall be known as the "U.S.M.C. Sgt. Daniel J. | 11 |
| Patron Memorial Highway." | 12 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 14 |
