A BILL

To enact section 5533.831 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of State Route 52 in Scioto

County as the "Boone Coleman Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5533.831 of the Revised Code be	4
enacted to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5533.831.  That portion of state route fifty-two located	6
in southern Scioto county between mile marker number seventeen and	7
mile marker number nineteen shall be known as the "Boone Coleman	8
Memorial Highway."	9

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	10
along the highway indicating its name.	11
