A BILL

To enact section 5533.752 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of United States Route 42 in

Warren County as the "Sergeant Brian Dulle

Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.752 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.752. That portion of the road known as United	7
States route forty-two, running in a northeasterly direction	8
between the municipal corporations of Lebanon and Waynesville in	9
Warren county, shall be known as the "Sergeant Brian Dulle	10
Memorial Highway."	11

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	12
along the highway indicating its name.	13
