A BILL

To enact section 5533.971 of the Revised Code to

designate the bridge spanning the Ashtabula Gulf,

2

located in the city of Ashtabula and being part of

3

West 46th Street and State Route 84, as the

4

"Clifford McClure Memorial Bridge."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.971 of the Revised Code be	6
enacted to read as follows:	7

Sec. 5533.971. The bridge spanning the Ashtabula gulf,	8
located in the city of Ashtabula in Ashtabula county and being	9
part of the street known as west forty-sixth street and the	10
highway known as state route number eighty-four, shall be known as	11
the "Clifford McClure Memorial Bridge."	12

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers on	13
the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.	14
