A BILL

To enact section 5533.071 of the Revised Code to

designate United States Route number 42 within the

municipal corporation of Mason in Warren County

the "Warren County Veterans Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5533.071 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.071.  In addition to the designation in section	7
5533.07 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as	8
United States route number forty-two, running in a northeasterly	9
and southwesterly direction within the municipal corporation of	10
Mason in Warren county, shall be known as the "Warren County	11
Veterans Highway."	12

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	13
along the highway indicating its name.	14
