A BILL

To enact section 5.2288 of the Revised Code to

designate September 10 as "Gift of Life Hero Day."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5.2288 of the Revised Code be	3
enacted to read as follows:	4

Sec. 5.2288.  The tenth day of September is designated as	5
"Gift of Life Hero Day."	6

Section 2.  This act honors all Ohioans who have shared the	7
gift of life as organ, eye, and tissue donors, including the late	8
Stephanie Tubbs Jones, who represented Ohio's Eleventh	9
Congressional District in the United States House of	10
Representatives.	11
