To enact sections 5533.102, 5533.103, 5533.252, 1
5533.253, 5533.541, 5533.636, 5533.686, 5533.763, 2
5533.764, 5533.765, 5533.766, 5533.791, and 3
5533.932 of the Revised Code to designate thirteen 4
memorial highways.5


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That sections 5533.102, 5533.103, 5533.252, 6
5533.253, 5533.541, 5533.636, 5533.686, 5533.763, 5533.764, 7
5533.765, 5533.766, 5533.791, and 5533.932 of the Revised Code be 8
enacted to read as follows:9

       Sec. 5533.102. In addition to the designation in section 10
5533.10 of the Revised Code, that portion of the road known as 11
United States route number fifty, commencing at mile marker number 12
twelve and proceeding in an easterly direction to mile marker 13
number twenty-four within Highland county, shall be known as the 14
"Pfc. Zachary Gullett Memorial Highway."15

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 16
along the highway indicating its name.17

       Sec. 5533.103. In addition to the name prescribed by section 18
5533.10 of the Revised Code, that portion of the highway known as 19
United States route number fifty, located within Vinton county 20
only, shall be known as the "Ryan Seitz Memorial Highway."21

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 22
along the highway indicating its name.23

       Sec. 5533.252. The road known as state route number 24
seventy-three, within Clinton county only, shall be known as the 25
"Sgt. Steven Conover - Veterans Memorial Highway."26

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 27
along the highway indicating its name.28

       Sec. 5533.253. The road known as state route number seven 29
hundred twenty-nine, within Clinton county only, shall be known as 30
the "Lance Cpl. Brett Wightman - Veterans Memorial Highway."31

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 32
along the highway indicating its name.33

       Sec. 5533.541. That portion of the road known as state route 34
number seven, commencing at mile marker number thirty-one in 35
Washington county and proceeding in a northeasterly direction to 36
the boundary of Washington and Monroe counties, shall be known as 37
the "First Lt. Christopher Rutherford Memorial Highway."38

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 39
along the highway indicating its name.40

       Sec. 5533.636.  That portion of the road known as state route 41
number six hundred nineteen, located within the municipal 42
corporation of Hartville in Stark county only, shall be known as 43
the "Sgt. 1st Class Daniel B. Crabtree Memorial Road."44

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 45
along the highway indicating its name.46

       Sec. 5533.686. That portion of the road known as state route 47
number one hundred three, commencing at the intersection of that 48
state route and state route number fifteen and extending in a 49
westerly direction to the intersection of state route one hundred 50
three and township road number ninety-five in Wyandot county only, 51
shall be known as the "Trooper Andrew C. Baldridge Memorial 52
Highway."53

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 54
along the highway indicating its name. 55

       Sec. 5533.763.  That portion of the road known as United 56
States route sixty-two, commencing in the village of Millwood in 57
Knox county and extending in a northeasterly direction to the 58
boundary of Knox and Holmes counties, shall be known as the "Army 59
Staff Sgt. Shamus O. Goare Memorial Highway."60

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 61
along the highway indicating its name.62

       Sec. 5533.764.  That portion of the road known as United 63
States route twenty, commencing at the boundary of Lyme and 64
Ridgefield townships in Huron county and extending in an easterly 65
direction through the village of Monroeville to the municipal 66
corporation of Norwalk, shall be known as the "Army Private Jason 67
L. Sparks Memorial Highway."68

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 69
along the highway indicating its name.70

       Sec. 5533.765. Those portions of the roads known as state 71
route numbers one hundred five and one hundred sixty-three within 72
the municipal corporation of Oak Harbor in Ottawa county only, 73
commencing at Union Cemetery on west state route one hundred five 74
and proceeding in an easterly direction past the point where that 75
state route ceases and joins state route one hundred sixty-three 76
and ending at the address eight thousand four hundred forty-four 77
west state route one hundred sixty-three, shall be known as the 78
"Army Sgt. Keith Kline Memorial Highway." 79

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 80
along the highway indicating its name. 81

       Sec. 5533.766. In addition to the designation of the road 82
known as United States route number twenty in section 5533.04 of 83
the Revised Code, that portion of United States route twenty 84
commencing at the intersection of that road and county road number 85
three hundred two in Sandusky county and proceeding in an easterly 86
direction through the municipal corporation of Bellevue to the 87
intersection of that United States route and prairie road, shall 88
be known as the "Army Sgt. Jon Martin Memorial Highway."89

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 90
along the highway indicating its name.91

       Sec. 5533.791. In addition to the designation of the road 92
known as state route number four in section 5533.14 of the Revised 93
Code, that portion of state route number four, running in a 94
northerly and southerly direction within the municipal corporation 95
of Fairfield only, commencing at its intersection with south 96
Gilmore road in the south and proceeding in a northerly direction 97
to its intersection with Symmes road in the north, shall be known 98
as the "Lance Corporal Taylor Prazynski Memorial Highway."99

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 100
along the highway indicating its name.101

       Sec. 5533.932. That portion of the road known as interstate 102
route number four hundred eighty, located within the municipal 103
corporation of Garfield Heights in Cuyahoga county only, shall be 104
known as the "Corporal Brad Anthony Davis Memorial Highway."105

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 106
along the highway indicating its name.107
