A BILL

To enact section 5533.103 of the Revised Code to

designate the portion of United States Route 50

within Vinton County the "Ryan Seitz Memorial

Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.103 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5533.103. In addition to the name prescribed by section	7
5533.10 of the Revised Code, that portion of the highway known as	8
United States route number fifty, located within Vinton county	9
only, shall be known as the "Ryan Seitz Memorial Highway."	10

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	11
along the highway indicating its name.	12
