To enact section 5.2266 of the Revised Code to 1
designate May as "Substance Abuse Awareness and 2
Education Month."3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5.2266 of the Revised Code be enacted 4
to read as follows:5

       Sec. 5.2266. The month of May is designated as "Substance 6
Abuse Awareness and Education Month."7
