A BILL

To enact section 5533.97 of the Revised Code to

designate the bridge spanning the Ashtabula Gulf,

located in the city of Ashtabula and being part of

West 46th Street and State Route 84, as the

4

"Clifford McClure Memorial Bridge."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.97 of the Revised Code be	6
enacted to read as follows:	7

Sec. 5533.97. The bridge spanning the Ashtabula gulf, located	8
in the city of Ashtabula in Ashtabula county and being part of the	9
street known as west forty-sixth street and the highway known as	10
state route number eighty-four, shall be known as the "Clifford	11
McClure Memorial Bridge."	12

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers on	13
the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.	14
