| To enact section 5533.353 of the Revised Code to | 1 |
| designate a portion of Pearl Road within Cuyahoga | 2 |
| County as the "Lance Corporal David Mendez Ruiz | 3 |
| Memorial Highway." | 4 |
| Section 1. That section 5533.353 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.353. That portion of the road known as Pearl road, | 7 |
| carrying the designations of United States route forty-two and | 8 |
| state route three, commencing at the intersection of that road | 9 |
| with Denison avenue within Cuyahoga county and extending in a | 10 |
| southerly direction to the intersection of that road with Memphis | 11 |
| avenue, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal David Mendez Ruiz | 12 |
| Memorial Highway." | 13 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 14 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 15 |
