AN ACT
To enact section 5.2269 of the Revised Code to designate the ninth day of July as "Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness Day."

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio:

SECTION 1.  That section 5.2269 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows:

Sec. 5.2269.  The ninth day of July is designated as "Traumatic Brain Injury Awareness Day" to increase public awareness of traumatic brain injuries.

SECTION 2.  In enacting section 5.2269 of the Revised Code, the General Assembly joins with BrainSong and the Brain Injury Association of Ohio in recognizing the importance of efforts to increase public awareness of traumatic brain injuries.
