A BILL
To enact sections 5533.181 and 5533.688 of the 1
Revised Code to designate the bridge spanning the 2
Vermillion River, that is part of State Route 113, 3
as the "Staff Sgt. James P. Hunter Memorial 4
Bridge" and to designate a portion of State Route 5
800 in Harrison County as the "Trooper George Conn 6
Memorial Highway."7


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That sections 5533.181 and 5533.688 of the Revised 8
Code be enacted to read as follows:9

       Sec. 5533.181. The bridge spanning the Vermillion river, 10
located in the community of Birmingham in Erie county and being a 11
part of the highway known as state route number one hundred 12
thirteen, shall be known as the "Staff Sgt. James P. Hunter 13
Memorial Bridge."14

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 15
upon the bridge or its approaches indicating its name.16

       Sec. 5533.688.  That portion of the road known as state route 17
number eight hundred, commencing at the northeast border of the 18
municipal corporation of Freeport in Harrison county and extending 19
in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of that road and 20
state route number seven hundred ninety-nine, shall be known as 21
the "Trooper George Conn Memorial Highway."22

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 23
along the highway indicating its name.24
