A BILL
To enact sections 5533.061, 5533.191, 5533.542, 1
5533.725, 5533.755, and 5533.903 of the Revised 2
Code to designate several memorial highways.3


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That sections 5533.061, 5533.191, 5533.542, 4
5533.725, 5533.755, and 5533.903 of the Revised Code be enacted to 5
read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.061. In addition to any other name prescribed in 7
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as 8
state route number three, running in a northeasterly and 9
southwesterly direction from the Knox and Ashland county line to 10
the community of Amity in Knox county, shall be known as the "U.S. 11
Army Specialist Ryan A. Martin Memorial Highway."12

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 13
along the highway indicating its name. 14

       Sec. 5533.191.  That portion of the road known as state route 15
number nineteen, running in a northerly and southerly direction 16
through the village of Green Springs within Sandusky and Seneca 17
counties, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal Jeremy S. Shock 18
Memorial Highway."19

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 20
along the highway indicating its name.21

       Sec. 5533.542.  That portion of the road known as state route 22
number six hundred seventy-six, from mile marker number twenty-two 23
to mile marker twenty-three, in Washington county only, shall be 24
known as the "U.S. Army Specialist Allen Nolan Memorial Highway."25

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 26
along the highway indicating its name.27

       Sec. 5533.725. That portion of the road known as state route 28
number seven hundred twenty-five, commencing at the intersection 29
of that road and Heincke road in the municipal corporation of 30
Miamisburg and extending in an easterly direction to the 31
intersection of that road and state route number seven hundred 32
forty-one, in Montgomery county only, shall be known as the 33
"Marine Corporal Paul W. Zanowick II Memorial Highway."34

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 35
along the highway indicating its name.36

       Sec. 5533.755. That portion of the road known as state route 37
number fifty-five, running in an easterly direction between the 38
municipal corporations of Troy and Casstown in Miami county, shall 39
be known as the "Pfc. Jeffrey L. Rice Memorial Highway."40

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 41
along the highway indicating its name. 42

       Sec. 5533.903. In addition to any other name prescribed in 43
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of interstate route 44
number two hundred seventy, commencing at the intersection of that 45
interstate route and United States route number thirty-three in 46
southeast Franklin county and proceeding in a westerly, then 47
northerly, and then easterly direction to the intersection of that 48
interstate route and state route number three hundred fifteen in 49
northwest Franklin county, shall be known as the "Lt. Miroslav 50
Steven Zilberman Memorial Highway."51

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 52
along the highway indicating its name.53
