To enact sections 5533.061, 5533.182, 5533.191, 1
5533.342, 5533.542, 5533.592, 5533.647, 5533.649, 2
5533.725, 5533.755, and 5533.903 of the Revised 3
Code to designate several memorial highways.4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That sections 5533.061, 5533.182, 5533.191, 5
5533.342, 5533.542, 5533.592, 5533.647, 5533.649, 5533.725, 6
5533.755, and 5533.903 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as 7
follows:8

       Sec. 5533.061. In addition to any other name prescribed in 9
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as 10
state route number three, running in a northeasterly and 11
southwesterly direction from the Knox and Ashland county line to 12
the community of Amity in Knox county, shall be known as the "U.S. 13
Army Specialist Ryan A. Martin Memorial Highway."14

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 15
along the highway indicating its name. 16

       Sec. 5533.182.  The road known as state route one hundred 17
one, running in a northeasterly and southwesterly direction 18
between the municipal corporations of Castalia and Sandusky in 19
Erie county only, shall be known as the "Sfc. Charles L. Adkins 20
Memorial Highway."21

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 22
along the highway indicating its name.23

       Sec. 5533.191.  That portion of the road known as state route 24
number nineteen, running in a northerly and southerly direction 25
through the village of Green Springs within Sandusky and Seneca 26
counties, shall be known as the "Lance Corporal Jeremy S. Shock 27
Memorial Highway."28

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 29
along the highway indicating its name.30

       Sec. 5533.342. That portion of the road known as state route 31
number forty-five, commencing at the intersection of that route 32
and Lisbon street in the municipal corporation of Wellsville and 33
extending in a northerly direction through Yellow Creek township 34
in Columbiana county to the Madison township line, shall be known 35
as the "Corporal Ernest G. Madden Memorial Highway."36

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 37
along the highway indicating its name.38

       Sec. 5533.542.  That portion of the road known as state route 39
number six hundred seventy-six, from mile marker number twenty-two 40
to mile marker twenty-three, in Washington county only, shall be 41
known as the "U.S. Army Specialist Allen Nolan Memorial Highway."42

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 43
along the highway indicating its name.44

       Sec. 5533.592.  That portion of the road known as state route 45
number seven running in a north and south direction, from mile 46
marker twenty-four to mile marker twenty-two in Jefferson county, 47
shall be known as "U.S.M.C. Sgt. Nathaniel Shae Rock Memorial 48
Highway."49

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 50
along the highway indicating its name.51

       Sec. 5533.647. That portion of the road known as state route 52
number forty-three, commencing at the intersection of that state 53
route and Fairchild avenue within the city of Kent in Portage 54
county and proceeding in a northerly direction to the northern 55
boundary of Kent, shall be known as the "Spc. Adam S. Hamilton 56
Memorial Highway."57

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 58
along the highway indicating its name.59

       Sec. 5533.649.  That portion of the road known as state route 60
number fifty-one, commencing at the intersection of that route and 61
Witty road and proceeding in a northwesterly direction to the 62
intersection of that route and state route number seven hundred 63
ninety-five within Ottawa county only, shall be known as the 64
"Officer William J. Hetrick Memorial Highway."65

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 66
along the highway indicating its name.67

       Sec. 5533.725. That portion of the road known as state route 68
number seven hundred twenty-five, commencing at the intersection 69
of that road and Heincke road in the municipal corporation of 70
Miamisburg and extending in an easterly direction to the 71
intersection of that road and state route number seven hundred 72
forty-one, in Montgomery county only, shall be known as the 73
"Marine Corporal Paul W. Zanowick II Memorial Highway."74

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 75
along the highway indicating its name.76

       Sec. 5533.755. That portion of the road known as state route 77
number fifty-five, running in an easterly direction between the 78
municipal corporations of Troy and Casstown in Miami county, shall 79
be known as the "Pfc. Jeffrey L. Rice Memorial Highway."80

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 81
along the highway indicating its name. 82

       Sec. 5533.903. In addition to any other name prescribed in 83
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of interstate route 84
number two hundred seventy, commencing at the intersection of that 85
interstate route and United States route number thirty-three in 86
southeast Franklin county and proceeding in a westerly, then 87
northerly, and then easterly direction to the intersection of that 88
interstate route and state route number three hundred fifteen in 89
northwest Franklin county, shall be known as the "Lt. Miroslav 90
Steven Zilberman Memorial Highway."91

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 92
along the highway indicating its name.93
