A BILL

To enact section 5.093 of the Revised Code to

designate the song entitled "Ohio" as the official

state country song.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.093 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.093.  The song entitled "Ohio," the words and music of	6
which were written by Zachary J. Paxson, is designated as the	7
official country song of the state.	8
