A BILL
To enact section 5533.242 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of Interstate Route 75 in 2
Hamilton County as the "William L. Mallory, Sr. 3
Memorial Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1. That section 5533.242 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.242. In addition to any other name prescribed in 7
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 8
as interstate route seventy-five, running in a northerly and 9
southerly direction between the Freeman avenue exit and the Hopple 10
street viaduct exit, in Hamilton county, shall be known as the 11
"William L. Mallory, Sr. Memorial Highway."12

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 13
along the highway indicating its name.14
