A BILL
To enact section 5533.053 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of United States Route 23, 2
within Pike County only, as the "Captain Everett 3
'Butch' Keaton, Vietnam, SSM and BSM with OLC PH, 4
Memorial Highway."5


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 5533.053 of the Revised Code be 6
enacted to read as follows:7

       Sec. 5533.053.  In addition to any other name prescribed in 8
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known 9
as United States route twenty-three, running in a northerly and 10
southerly direction, within Pike county only, shall be known as 11
the "Captain Everett 'Butch' Keaton, Vietnam, SSM and BSM with OLC 12
PH, Memorial Highway."13

        The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 14
along the highway indicating its name. 15
