| Section 1. That section 4301.71 of the Revised Code be | 4 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 5 |
| Sec. 4301.71. (A) No person shall sell or offer for sale for | 6 |
| human consumption powdered or crystalline alcohol. | 7 |
| (B) As used in this section, "powdered or crystalline | 8 |
| alcohol" means a product that is manufactured into a powdered or | 9 |
| crystalline form and that contains any amount of alcohol. | 10 |
