A BILL

To amend section 5533.636 of the Revised Code to

modify the location of the "Sgt. 1st Class Daniel

B. Crabtree Memorial Road."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5533.636 of the Revised Code be	4
amended to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5533.636.  That portion of the road known as state route	6
number six hundred nineteen, located withincommencing at the	7
eastern edge of the municipal corporation of Hartville in Stark	8
county onlyand extending in a westerly direction to the	9
intersection of that road with state route number ninety-three in	10
Summit county, shall be known as the "Sgt. 1st Class Daniel B.	11
Crabtree Memorial Road."	12

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	13
along the highway indicating its name.	14

Section 2. That existing section 5533.636 of the Revised Code	15
is hereby repealed.	16
