To enact section 5.083 of the Revised Code to adopt

the mutsu apple as the state apple.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5.083 of the Revised Code by enacted	3
to read as follows:	4

Sec. 5.083.  The apple malus domestica, commonly known as the	5
mutsu apple, is adopted as the state apple.	6
