A BILL
To enact section 5533.324 of the Revised Code to 1
designate a portion of Interstate 271 in Bedford 2
Heights as the "Army Pvt. Brandon Sloan Memorial 3
Highway."4


BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

       Section 1.  That section 5533.324 of the Revised Code be 5
enacted to read as follows:6

       Sec. 5533.324.  That portion of the road known as interstate 7
route number two hundred seventy-one, running in a northerly and 8
southerly direction within the municipal corporation of Bedford 9
Heights only, in Cuyahoga county, shall be known as the "Army Pvt. 10
Brandon Sloan Memorial Highway."11

       The director of transportation may erect suitable markers 12
along the highway indicating its name.13
