| To enact section 5533.649 of the Revised Code to | 1 |

| Ottawa County the "Officer William J. Hetrick | 3 |
| Memorial Highway." | 4 |
| Section 1. That section 5533.649 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.649. That portion of the road known as state route | 7 |
| number fifty-one, commencing at the intersection of that route and | 8 |
| Witty road and proceeding in a northwesterly direction to the | 9 |
| intersection of that route and state route number seven hundred | 10 |
| ninety-five within Ottawa county only, shall be known as the | 11 |
| "Officer William J. Hetrick Memorial Highway." | 12 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 13 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 14 |
