A BILL

To enact section 5.094 of the Revised Code to

designate the song entitled "My Wish" as the

official state country music song.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That section 5.094 of the Revised Code be enacted	4
to read as follows:	5

Sec. 5.094.  The song entitled, "My Wish," written by Jeffrey	6
Steele and Steve Robson, and popularized by the band Rascal	7
Flatts, is the official country music song of the state.	8
