To enact sections 5533.542, 5533.543, 5533.544, and | 1 |
5533.545 of the Revised Code to designate four new | 2 |
memorial highways in Butler, Hamilton, and Warren | 3 |
counties. | 4 |
Section 1. That sections 5533.542, 5533.543, 5533.544, and | 5 |
5533.545 of the Revised Code be enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
Sec. 5533.542. That portion of the road known as state route | 7 |
number one hundred twenty-two, commencing at the intersection of | 8 |
that route and Atrium boulevard within the municipal corporation | 9 |
of Middletown and proceeding in an easterly direction to the | 10 |
intersection of that route and Wilson farms boulevard within | 11 |
Franklin township within Warren county only, shall be known as the | 12 |
"Capt. Bartt D. Owens Memorial Highway." | 13 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 14 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 15 |
Sec. 5533.543. In addition to any other name prescribed in | 16 |
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as | 17 |
interstate route number seventy-one, commencing at mile marker | 18 |
number fifteen and proceeding in a northerly direction to mile | 19 |
marker number seventeen within Hamilton county only, shall be | 20 |
known as the "Spc. Donald S. Morrison Memorial Highway." | 21 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 22 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 23 |
Sec. 5533.544. That portion of the road known as Tylersville | 24 |
road, commencing at the intersection of that road and interstate | 25 |
route number seventy-five in Butler county and proceeding in an | 26 |
easterly direction to the boundary of Butler and Warren counties, | 27 |
shall be known as the "Spc. Michael B. Cook, Jr. Memorial | 28 |
Highway." | 29 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 30 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 31 |
Sec. 5533.545. The portion of the road known as south fair | 32 |
avenue south of state route number one hundred twenty-nine and as | 33 |
north fair avenue north of that state route, commencing at the | 34 |
intersection of south fair avenue and hancock avenue and | 35 |
proceeding in a northerly direction to the intersection of north | 36 |
fair avenue and state route number four in the municipal | 37 |
corporation of Hamilton in Butler county, shall be known as the | 38 |
"Sgt. Charles J. Webb Memorial Highway." | 39 |
The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 40 |
along the highway indicating its name. | 41 |
