BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

enacted to read as follows: | 4 |
| Sec. 5.2292. The ninth day of March is designated as | 5 |
|
"Meningitis Awareness Day." | 6 |
| Section 2. This act shall be known as "Tess's Law." | 7 |
