| Section 1. That section 5533.609 of the Revised Code be | 5 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 6 |
| Sec. 5533.609. That portion of the road known as state route | 7 |
| number one hundred forty-seven, running in a northeasterly and | 8 |
| southwesterly direction in Noble county only, shall be known as | 9 |
| the "Navy Diver 1st Class James E. Reyher Memorial Highway." | 10 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 11 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 12 |
