Sec. 2927.12. (A) As used in this section, "disability" | 7 |
means a physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental disorder that | 8 |
substantially limits one or more major life activities, including, | 9 |
but not limited to, the functions of caring for one's self, | 10 |
performing manual tasks, walking, seeing, hearing, speaking, | 11 |
breathing, learning, and working; a record of a physical, sensory, | 12 |
cognitive, or mental disorder; or being regarded as having a | 13 |
physical, sensory, cognitive, or mental disorder. | 14 |
(B) No person shall violate section 2903.21, 2903.22, | 15 |
2909.06, or 2909.07, or division (A)(3), (4), or (5) of section | 16 |
2917.21 of the Revised Code by reason of the race, color, | 17 |
religion, or national origin, or disability of another person or | 18 |
