A BILL

To enact section 5534.36 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of Interstate Route 70 within

Madison and Franklin counties as the "LCpl Josh

3

McDaniels Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5534.36 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5534.36.  In addition to any other name prescribed in	7
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the road known as	8
interstate route number seventy, commencing at the interchange of	9
that interstate route and United States route number forty-two	10
within Madison county and proceeding in an easterly direction to	11
the interchange of that interstate route and interstate route	12
number two hundred seventy within Franklin county, shall be known	13
as the "LCpl Josh McDaniels Memorial Highway."	14

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	15
along the highway indicating its name.	16
