A BILL

To enact section 5534.37 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of Interstate Route 71 within

the municipal corporation of Cleveland as the

"Specialist Angel L. Lopez Memorial Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5534.37 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5534.37.  In addition to any other name prescribed in	7
the Revised Code or otherwise, that portion of the highway known	8
as interstate route number seventy-one, commencing at the location	9
where that interstate highway passes over interstate route number	10
four hundred eighty and proceeding in a northerly direction to the	11
interchange of interstate highway seventy-one and west one hundred	12
fiftieth street, within the municipal corporation of Cleveland	13
only, shall be known as the "Specialist Angel L. Lopez Memorial	14
Highway."	15

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	16
along the highway indicating its name.	17
