| Section 1. That section 5534.52 of the Revised Code be | 4 |
| enacted to read as follows: | 5 |
| Sec. 5534.52. The road known as state route number five | 6 |
| hundred sixty-two, running in an easterly and westerly direction | 7 |
| within the municipal corporations of Cincinnati and Norwood in | 8 |
| Hamilton county, shall be known as the "Barack Obama Norwood | 9 |
| Lateral Highway." | 10 |
| The director of transportation may erect suitable markers | 11 |
| along the highway indicating its name. | 12 |
