A BILL

To enact section 5534.04 of the Revised Code to

designate a portion of State Route 7 in Jefferson

County as the "Cpl. James E. Blevins Memorial

Highway."

BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1. That section 5534.04 of the Revised Code be	5
enacted to read as follows:	6

Sec. 5534.04. That portion of the road known as state route	7
number seven, running in a northerly and southerly direction from	8
mile marker thirty-two to mile marker twenty-eight in Jefferson	9
county, shall be known as the "Cpl. James E. Blevins Memorial	10
Highway."	11

The director of transportation may erect suitable markers	12
along the highway indicating its name.	13
