A JOINT RESOLUTION

Proposing to repeal Section 11 of Article XV of the 1
Constitution of the State of Ohio. 2

Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio, 3
three-fifths of the members elected to each house concurring 4
herein, that there shall be submitted to the electors of the state 5
in the manner prescribed by law at the primary election to be held 6
on May 4, 2010, a proposal to repeal Section 11 of Article XV of 7
the Constitution of the State of Ohio. 8

EFFECTIVE DATE 9

If adopted by a majority of the electors voting on this 10
proposal at the primary election held on May 4, 2010, the repeal 11
of Section 11 of Article XV of the Constitution of the State of 12
Ohio shall take effect immediately. 13

Be it resolved by the General Assembly of the State of Ohio,	3
