| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate Payne & Payne Builders, Inc., on being named the 2009 Custom Builder of the Year by the National Association of Home Builders Custom Homebuilders Committee; and |
| WHEREAS, This prestigious distinction is a fitting tribute to Payne & Payne Builders, for it has excelled in customer satisfaction, quality, and consistent service while being actively involved in the community and the industry. Founded in 1993 by F. Michael Payne and currently operated by his sons, Michael, Eric, and David, the company builds both custom and semi-custom homes and does renovations, and it has received numerous design awards. Indeed, it has achieved a remarkable record of service in the Northeast Ohio area; and |
