| Honoring the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio on its One Hundredth Anniversary. |
| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio on the auspicious occasion of its Centennial; and |
| WHEREAS, The Dental Center of Northwest Ohio was established in 1910 to educate the public about proper dental care and to offer dental services to needy children, adults, and elderly in the community, as well as to advocate for those with limited access to dental care. The dental initiative has remained staunchly committed to ensuring that the changing oral health care needs of area citizens are met in the most effective manner possible, and it is deserving of high praise; and |
| WHEREAS, This year, in collaboration with the Toledo Dental Society and various dental organizations, colleges, societies, and private practices, the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio will participate in Give Kids A Smile! Day in Ohio. Through the support of community events such as this, which offer free educational activities and oral health care to thousands of children, the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio will continue to enhance the overall wellness of the young people who represent our future; and |
| WHEREAS, The Dental Center of Northwest Ohio's skillful and personalized delivery of vital oral health care services has earned it the confidence and respect of many. The fine reputation that the group has gained is a credit to the dedication of the administrators, staff members, and employees who have given willingly of their time, abilities, and enthusiasm for the public welfare. Through their steadfast devotion to the highest standards, they have helped to ensure that the center will maintain its tradition of excellence; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, commend the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio on its Centennial and extend best wishes for ongoing success; and be it further |
| RESOLVED, That the Clerk of the Senate transmit a duly authenticated copy of this Resolution to the Dental Center of Northwest Ohio. |
