| WHEREAS, The members of the Senate of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio are pleased to congratulate L-3 Cincinnati Electronics as the recipient of the 2010 Herschel Award from the Military Sensing Symposia; and |
| WHEREAS, Selection for this prestigious honor is, indeed, an accomplishment of which the astute leadership and hard-working staff of L-3 Cincinnati Electronics can be proud, for they have been recognized for their outstanding achievement and advances in large format infrared focal plane array technology. All those associated with this fine organization are to be commended for their willingness to work hard to achieve superior results; and |
| WHEREAS, L-3 Cincinnati Electronics has earned a well-deserved reputation for excellence and has established itself as a worthy group. This fine organization has had a positive impact on the local community, and it is through the unsurpassed commitment of establishments such as this that our state and nation continue to grow and prosper and remain responsive to the needs of all citizens; and |
| WHEREAS, A leading provider of high-technology products, subsystems, and systems, L-3 Cincinnati Electronics designs and produces mission-critical electronics for the aviation, infrared sensing, global positioning, and space electronics markets, and it was recognized by the Military Sensing Symposia for its fine efforts in these fields; therefore be it |
| RESOLVED, That we, the members of the Senate of the 128th General Assembly of Ohio, in adopting this Resolution, applaud L-3 Cincinnati Electronics on its recent accolade and extend best wishes for the future; and be it further |
