her contributions to the community. Active with the Girl Scouts of | 11 |
the U.S.A. since 1923, she has served as a leader, a trainer, the | 12 |
troop representative to regional conferences, a member of the | 13 |
board and Finance Committee, and a president of the Lake Erie and | 14 |
former Cleveland councils, and she has received such accolades as | 15 |
the Thanks Badge and the Thanks Badge II. Diligent and painstaking | 16 |
in all of her endeavors, she has the satisfaction of knowing that | 17 |
she has set an example of service and achievement worthy of | 18 |

with her family, friends, and neighbors, Jean Latimer has clearly | 28 |
shown the potential of individuals to have a positive effect on | 29 |
the quality of life in our society, and she has enriched the lives | 30 |
of everyone who has known her over the years. She has always used | 31 |
her talents to the benefit of others, and she is, indeed, | 32 |
